Fermented on skins, gently crushed, and balanced with American and French Oak, resulting in a full flavoured silky-smooth finish.

This flavoursome red wine is enhanced with infused with natural botanicals to replace the use of sulphites in the wine making process.

Drinking well now and will cellar for 10 to 15 years.
