A Classic Blend of white wine varietals Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon, sourced from one of best wineries in Margaret River, Western Australia, and exported to the USA (but we kept some to have here).

Infused with organic, natural plant-based botanicals to minimise the use of sulphites and to create a unique new colour and vibrancy, this lush style wine exhibits a hint of grass and a touch of minerals.

This low sulphite wine was made for immediate enjoyment and is drinking perfectly now. The palate shows a textural mouth feel which lingers to a refreshing earthy finish with a subtle flinty flourish. Fine textured with a perfect balance of natural acidity and freshness, complimented by a pleasing dry finish.
